A man even on the Moon thinks.

Thinks that in the Sea of Crises there are crises.
And the Sea of Misfortune is bad.
In the Lake of Tenderness, caress awaits him.
And in the Sea That Has Become Known,
he has done everything.

Thinks the Americans invented the Smyth’s Sea.
And the Sea of Cold is to the north.
The Sea of Clarity is more transparent than the Sea of Fog.
And the Bay of Roughness is really gloomy.

Man even on the Moon
drinks sleeping pills.
And loses the wedding rings.
Sleeps with headphones.
And wakes up to the song of The Doors,
turned on twice.

Man even on the Moon
wants to be first.
First is to put on the Moon boots.
And to read the Bible in a live television broadcast.
To name the Moon craters after the Apostles.
And to find the Genesis Stone.

Man even on the Moon
tries to think, do and believe.

In the way he behaves on the Earth.

1. Moscow sea

The Sea of Moscow is one of the two seas
on the invisible side of the Moon.
The second one is the Sea of Dreams.

It is with a flat bottom filled with hardened lava.

Before this, the lunar seas were ordinary called
as states of mind:
Sea of Bad Weather, Sea of Tranquility,
Sea of Fog and Sea of Clarity.

But the Central Institute of Geodesy,
aerial photography and cartography
broke these rules and sent the world astronomical
community into the Sea of Cold.

Then the French astronomer Dollfus Audouin,
who discovered the tenth Saturn satellite, named Janus,
that he predicted in his study of resonances
and who flew in a balloon into the sky to a 7 km height
just to measure the amount of water vapor
in the Mars atmosphere,
resolved this controversy by explaining:
«Moscow is also state of mind».

2. In Queen Maud Land

The Sea of Rains is the second largest sea.
After the Ocean of Storms.

Flooded by lava from a large impact crater formed by a fall
large meteorite or comet nucleus about 4 billion years ago.

On the eastern border of the Sea there is Archimedes Crater.
Named after Archimedes, an ancient Greek mathematician, physicist, engineer and mechanic.
And in honor of the ancient Greek philosopher Plato,
who lived two and a half thousand years ago,
Plato Crater named.
His most famous contribution is the Theory of ideas,
cognizable by speculation,
in which Plato presents a solution
to the problem of universals.
And in Plato's dialogues The State
there is a critical analysis of government types,
placed on a scale of gradual degradation
that looks like evolution over time,
but the irreversibility of evolution is not directly stated,
and the question of the inevitability of degradation
is not set explicitly.

Not all craters in the Sea of Rains are ancient Greek,
named after famous people in their field.

In the western part of the sea there is a small crater
called russian name Borya - after Boris Nepoklonov ,
a Soviet scientific group leader of a lunar robot Lunokhod
from the Academy of Sciences of the USSR.
The second one in a row is Slava Crater -
in honor of the Lunokhod’s driver .
And in honor of the navigator’s hypocoristic - Vitya Crater.
Above and to the left Valera Crater
in honor of the operator of a highly directional antenna.
The Vasya, Kolya, Igor, Kostya, Gena, Leonid and Albert craters were also coordinated with the International
Astronomical Union.
Albert is in honor of the flight engineer’s hypocoristic .
Kolya turned out to be two people, so one crater was named Kolya, the other one - Nicolas.
Gena Crater is a hypocoristic of the driver Gabdulkhay Latypov.
It was chosen to pronounce easier.

While Vasya, Kolya, Gena, Valera and Borya
walked along the Sea of Rains on the Lunokhod,
on the far side of the Moon - in the Sea of Moscow,
the Tereshkova Crater appeared.

Tereshkova is not just a crater.
These are:
an asteroid,
a street in Balashikha,
a hotel in Karaganda,
an arbor in Crimea
and an oasis on
Prince Olav coast
of Queen Maud Land
in Antarctica.

It was Valentina Tereshkova who became the only citizen
whose portrait during his lifetime was placed on a Soviet coin.
She was a member of an inter-factional group
for the protection of Christian values,
in this role she supported amendments to the Constitution,
according to which Orthodoxy was chosen as the basis
national and cultural identity of Russia,
and in further discussion she proposed
to remove restrictions on the number of presidential terms.

The Tereshkova Crater could be named Valya:
a board with a bas-relief was installed
on the wall of the Red Perekop, a plant in Yaroslavl:
«The world's first female astronaut worked
at the plant Red Perekop from 1955 to 1962»
and there is also an inscription «Well done, Valya!».
But the Tereshkova crater is too big
to be called by a common name
in a hypocoristic form.

The Tereshkova Crater is an ancient impact crater.
Has a polygonal shape.
The shaft is smoothed, the western part is straightened.
The bottom of the bowl is crossed.

The crater has been significantly destroyed
over the long time of its existence.

3. The worst thing in the Sea of Crisis

The Moon seas were called bad words
without implying anything bad.

The Lake of Hate is a small sea
in the central part of the visible lunar disk,
did not symbolize anything hateful.

The worst thing about the Sea of Crises
was the frozen sea of lava.

And the most important in the Marsh of Epidemics,
according to metric measurements,
there was 2 kilometers difference of the western tip
compared to the east one.

And suddenly in the Marsh of Decay,
named such a way not because of a Man, a Man came.
And the offshore site near Archimedes Crater
turned into something more significant.

The Lunar Expedition to the Marsh of Decay consisted of three people.
Astronauts Scott and Irwin explore the surface of the Moon
in the Hadley-Apennines region,
and a command module pilot Worden
worked alone for almost three days in lunar orbit.

Three times a day, Worden was sleeping
and practicing in weightlessness physical exercise.
Cords, expanders and weights helped maintain muscle tone,
but most of all Worden liked aerobic exercise.
He folded the center chair
and start high knees running in place.
Worden also did deep squats,
resting their feet on the back wall of the cab.

Meanwhile, Scott and Irwin were looking for four craters,
located on the same straight line from the equator
— Matthew, Mark, Luke and Index.
The first three craters were named after the Apostles
who wrote the canonical Gospels.

The fourth crater - Index - was not named as John Crater
to avoid a possible legal action.
Militant atheist Madalyn Murra sued NASA
after the Apollo 8 astronauts read passages
from the Book of Genesis during a space TV broadcast
on Christmas Eve 1968.

Scott and Irwin did not find the Gospel Craters.
But instead they found the Genesis Stone measuring 10 cm.
His age was estimated by experts about 4 billion years.

They brought the Genesis Stone
found in the Marsh of Decay to the Earth.

On the Earth the original Genesis Stone
has not been preserved.

4. We come in peace for all humanity

People left more than 100 items in the Moon seas.
Moonship descent stage,
silicon disk with statements of presidents:
Nixon, Johnson, Kennedy, Eisenhower
and 73 world leaders,
video camera,
pennants of the Soviet Union,
rake, shovel, insulating blankets,
lunar shoe covers,
Bible,
a flag measuring 3 by 5 feet,
supply backpacks,
plaque proclaiming to the world and worlds beyond:
«We come in peace with peace for all mankind.»

Humanity has also immortalized in the Sea of Crises,
Sea of Rains and Sea of Fecundity:
used wet wipes,
5 American flags and Indian flag,
12 pairs of boots,
food containers,
poop bags,
70 spacecraft,
including crashed all-terrain vehicles, modules, orbital stations,
cameras and newsreels,
golden olive branch
and a cast silver pin,
feather of Baggin, falcon talisman,
which flew to the moon at the same time as the hammer, launched with Baggin's feather at the same time -
to confirm Galileo's principle,
3 moon buggies parked under the black sky
the main means of transportation on other planets - reaches a speed of 18 kilometers per hour.

And a lunar module pilot Charles Duke,
left next to Descartes,
on the shore of the Sea of Nectar, a photograph of his family.
In the picture, wrapped in polyethylene,
he, his wife and two children are sitting on a bench.
Duke wanted to show Dottie their family on the Moon,
so I took a picture
next to the print of your shoe,
to the lunar camera
while his partner John Young
tried to plant the US flag,
dropping it several times
into lunar dust.
Since then, there is no information about the Duke family,
but chances are high that over the past 50 years,
the Nectar Seashore image has lost color.

And a ceramic plate
three quarters by half an inch
with the greatest art of XX century discolored too.
Artist Claes Oldenburg painted Mickey Mouse
as a symbol of the nation,
and Andy Warhol as a self-portrait
sent a body part to the Moon,
which the astronauts nicknamed Andy's Rocket.
In photographs held by NASA,
Andy's rocket covered with a finger.

In addition to Warhol,
the ashes of a geologist are present on the Moon.
Eugene Shoemaker opened with his planetary wife
101 asteroids and 32 comets.
After his death, wife Carolyn placed her husband
in a polycarbonate container 4.5 cm long,
wrapped in an airtight vacuum sleeve
and covered with brass foil

and lines from Romeo and Juliet.

These ashes made a lot of noise.
Navajo Indians expressed outrage:
“Human remains
should not be kept on the Moon,
because it is sacred.”

In response, NASA issued a formal apology.
But the ashes were not returned to Earth.

5. To the Sea of Tranquility

The Sea of Clarity is a lunar sea with a complex surface.

It is remarkable for contrasting lava colors
with the rings of dark basalts
located along the outer edge.

It extends gently to the southeast
from Tycho crater
to the Sea of Tranquility,
lying exactly in the middle
between the Sea of Nectars and the Sea of Fecundity.
In the north through Posidonius crater -
it connects with the Lake of Dreams visible from the Earth,
and in the east adjoins exactly
to the small Mori crater.

The Moon Sea corresponds to a small Earth sea.
It is called Clear, Light or Calm.
White is in English.
The Ocean of Storms is far from the Sea of Clarity.
And close to the White Sea there is the Arctic Ocean.

The central part of the sea is
a closed basin inside Russia,
separated from the Barents Sea
threshold with dangerous depths.
And in the very center -
annular counterclockwise flow.

Desalinated surface water
move along the eastern coast
and enter through the Throat into the Barents Sea,
from where along the western shores to the White Sea
salt water flows.

The western banks are steep, the eastern ones are low.
Onega and Kandalaksha bays are indented with lips.
Cutting lips wash the Solovetsky Islands,
where microscopic shells and skeletons of marine organisms decompose at the bottom of the sea - under fine-grained brown clay silt.

Surge phenomena are changes in the water level
near the shores of the reservoir,
provoked by the movement of the wind during the cold season
reach one hundred centimeters.

Every year the White Sea is covered with immovable ice.
